Termination
Yunvi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Yunvi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
